Argentina's securities regulator (CNV) published Resolución General 1172/2026 in the BoletÃn Oficial on 15 October 2026, in force from 16 October 2026. Article 25(q) requires virtual asset service providers (PSAVs) to refrain from using mixers or tumblers, collaborative mixing, and other anonymization services that obscure the link between the origin and destination of funds.
As a result, registered Argentine providers may not route customer transactions through mixing or other anonymization services.
